I can't explain how miraculous these results are for me. To think i failed my small test for math and econs just 3 weeks and less before the promos. Though AJ paper is quite easy compared to other JCs (so i think), this kinda results are already too much to ask for for an average 2nd intaker like me. I had the shock of my life when i got back my chem paper which i would've bet my life that i'd failed. I didn't even finish half of my MCQs haha.

I love my God He works miracles :)

Many scholars did well and i feel like nothing standing next to them haha. However i keep in mind that I wouldn't have had to chance to stand next to these smart asses (4As!!!!) in the first place if it weren't for the grace of God. =P

But then there are those who didn't make it.

Half of our class stood outside the General Office waiting for our classmate Liang Hao who was about to meet the principal regarding his grades. It was really touching to see so many hopeful friends outside the office waiting eagerly for their friend to come out with good news. But of course, most of us were met with disappointment. Only 5 were given a chance for retest and Liang Hao wasn't one of them.

I might not know Liang Hao very well but he's a smart guy you can definitely tell (aiyo study a bit harder can de looo...), and I'll always remember how he was such a nice and welcoming classmate when i first came. :) It's really a waste. The others in my class were really really upset over it, they such good friends of his. Things will never be the same again but I guess God has other plans. All the best Liang Hao.

Then Friday comes with another blow.

Manpreet didn't quite meet the requirement. Kailin too. But AC's paper standard so highhhh!!! it's NOT FAIR!! :( Kailin's decided to go back to Malaysia and Manpreet's quite certain she's gonna do the same. Felt like crying when I heard Manpreet's trembling voice over the phone when she said she's talked it over with her parents... (teacher mentor said to prepare for the worst but i think chances of appeal are quite high actually) anyway, I CAN'T IMAGINE how life will be without them kichimayoms. Our room will never be complete again... :(

Singapore is a cruel, cruel place.

Anyway, don't give up kichimayom! :)

And this is Manpreet a.k.a. Kichimayom :) My other roomie. She's from ipoh, she's hockey captain of Perak team and she speaks 6 languages. Including a bit of chinese wahahaha....

She's a bit crazy. Haha. A bit.

yEP and this was us at the ASEAN dance. An event where ASEAN scholars all around Singapore gather together to dance all night... haha. Oh and OBVIOUSLY she's wearing heels.

and this is Kailin, my other other roomie. :) She's from Klang, she takes Computing and she's a Final Fantasy gaming freak.

Recently it was my birthday and they bought cake. So sweet! :)

OKay i know promo's aren't over yet but it certainly feels like it! :)

Anyway. After chinese lit today i felt so relieved. Haha, like ren xin said, light headed. Everything poured out over 6 pieces of paper in three hours, phew! :) Now i only have econs on next monday! Haven't felt like this in SO SOOO LONG. Spent da night watching tv and going online and just SLACKING.
